Het appartement heeft 3 ruime slaapkamers met 2 persoons boxsprings en voldoende kastruimte , een woonkamer met volledig ingerichte open keuken met keramische kookplaat, vaatwasmachine en combimagnetron. De woonkamer is onder andere voorzien van hoekbank, eettafel en flatscreen tv. De badkamer heeft een inloopdouche en een dubbel wasmeubel en separaat toilet. Woonkamer en alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van centrale verwarming en airconditioning (w/k) In de tuin staat een blokhut waarin zich de sauna maar ook een tweede badkamer bevinden.
