Let me introduce myself
Jeroen Fremouw
I am Jeroen Fremouw, an entrepreneur in the Netherlands for many years. After searching for a suitable location in Spain for several years, we found the right house for us in Altea in mid-2023. With a beautiful 6-person apartment underneath to rent out. We took the plunge and moved to Altea in early 2024. To be able to receive guests here on a very small scale.
The plot is divided into 3 terraces because it is not flat. The lower terrace is a garden with tropical plants and fruit trees. On the middle terrace is the apartment with its own entrance. And private garden where the jacuzzi and sauna with outdoor shower are also located. If you go to the upper terrace via the natural stone stairs, you will reach the swimming pool. The swimming pool that is available to our guests between 11:00 and 18:00. Our private home is also located on this terrace.

You can enjoy a beautiful private outdoor pool with us, which is open all year round. Surrounded by lush nature and located on the highest terrace of the plot, the pool offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.

Casa Les Fremeaux proudly bears the name of a French noble family. Whose history is interwoven with tradition and symbolism. At the gate of the villa hangs the family crest of the Frémeaux family. On which shine three crescents – a powerful symbol of fertility, work and connection with the land. Inspired by this rich family tradition, this crest has been given a place of honor at the entrance of the gate. To welcome guests with a touch of historical elegance.
